The only thing that really separates these two is the Audyssey Speaker Calibration, and the ability to decode DTS-MA. If your not worried about that then the 810 will be your best choice.

well, the sony has it's version of calibration with a mic, I'm just going to order it, and if I hate it, I'll return it and eat crow...

I think I'll be upgrading speakers before I upgrade past the 810 tho... blue ray players will need to come down in price(read, CHEAP) before I can justify it.... since most of my movies I watch are on cable, or divx through the xbox media center...
