i have just recently gotten a HD set top box and can now watch HD. but for some reason i can not find the HD simulcast of the regular Discover HD shows. i can only find a different HD channel from Discovery called HD theater. is it not available in my area yet

Without knowing where you are or who your provider is it would be impossible to answer.

The best place to look for such an answer would be in the local section and find the topic for your area.

No, Discovery HD and Discovery Sd have the same exact programming.

HD Theater, formally know as Discovery HD theater shows different programming.

Also, Food HD will begin showing the same programming as Food SD in the very near future.

could it just be because TW just hasn't deployed to California yet?

Why don't you just ask the cable company?

Check the local topic for your area, found in the topic 'stuck' at the top of this forum.
