Chicago, IL - Options in City

Can someone please give me a current list of TV/Internet options in the City of Chicago? You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to find this information when you don't have a specific address yet. Searching is almost no help due to the fact that all major commercial services throughout the nation appear in search results, whether they are a provider in Chicago or not. Agh!

Dish, DirecTV, Comcast, RCN, and possibly ATT UVerse depending on your zip

And Wide Open West, depending on zip, mainly Chicago and nearby suburbs.
