:) Anyone around here got the remote codes for a Mickey Mouse TV and DirectTV?

My son has one of those Tube 13" Mickey Mouse TVs and a new DirectTV control box. I read somewhere on the internet that the TV was made by Memorex but, I tried all of the codes from DirectTV for Memorex and could not get it work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you still have the original remotes..... just use those.

If this is the white dtv remote, do a codesearch:

1. Tv
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 991,wait for two blinks
4. enter 1
5. keep pressing and releasing CH UP key, if and when the TV powers off
6. press SELECT to lock in code

Try codes 10178, 10171, and 10463.

How did you test the codes by pressing TV ON & OFF keys? Well use the middle power key in the tv device, along with try all other keys.

The equivalent tivo remote codes to the codes I posted in this thread helped other Disney tv owners:

Tivo code 0008= UEI code 10171
Tivo code 0091= UEI code 10463

Thanks, Edmund. It turns out the problem was actually with my RC23 remote. Once I reset it, it accepted the 10463 code. That code effectively controls the Mickey Mouse 13" TV on both the R15 and HR20 receivers. Now I need to work on the Mickey Mouse DVD players...
