Maxell "Blown Away" poster

just received my "Blown Away" poster free from Maxell. Seen a thread over at the Audio Theory and Setup forum. Emailed Maxell and it came in the mail today. Almost forgot about it. They might make it available when their online store opens up.. http://maxell-usa.com/index.aspx?id=7;33;108;110

I emailed them and got a response on the 14th of August but still waiting for the poster...I hope that it does arrive.

I have a large poster of the original photgraph that Maxell used for their ads. It's just the guy, his TV, the lamp, and don't forget that martini about to fall over. It's a great shot...Got it at a poster store in town.

I just searched for instructions and can't find any? I assume just go to their website and email their customer service.

SpongeA: I found out about the poster in the "Audio Theory & Setup" forum. The thread is called Audiophile posters. Just email customer service with your address and say you would like one for your HT.... good luck

Ive always wanted one of these. this is great. I actually read this post at 345am, dont ask, and felt froggy enough to call and believe it or not someone picked up and said Maxell how can I direct your call. AWESOME.

I informed him that I was interested in the Blown Away poster and he said, "yup we are giving those away right now, would you like one?" Why Yes sir dont mind if I do. He took down my info and said they'd send one out.

This is a great find, kudos to whoever found this.

I actually had an original of these hanging on my bedroom wall (in the basement - don't ask and don't call me "Ruprict the monkey boy,") 30 years ago. I would say that was advertising money well spent by Maxell way back when!

They were nice enough to reply to my email and send me a poster too. That's customer service!
