Arrow Harmony 880 and Playstation 3

Has anyone set this up?
I tried to, but it won't turn on/off the PS3.

The Harmony installation recognizes the PS3 as a Video Game device, but doesn't seem to work for me- any others try this out?

Isn't the remote for the PS3 using blue tooth? The 880 is IR based.

Once my PS3 is shipped(Ebay), I plan to try a USB IR receiver/transmitter I currently use on my HTPC. If the PS3 picks it up, the 880 should work just fine, once I program it with all the Blu-Ray playback options needed

Did you ever try this?

I've been looking to replace my Pronto 2000 with something like a harmony controller, and since I just got the PS3, I really want a remote that can do Blue Tooth.

See the following threads:

Some folks have had great results with the contraption setup from Remote Central and the new Nyko Blu-wave remote IR USB dongle.

I've been trying to get my 720 to control the PS3 through the Windows MCE IR USB dongle that came with my old VAIO and no dice. (I did turn on the 360, which was kind of amusing, though).
