New Charter Remote need help

I just picked up a new digital cable box from charter (non-HD) and a new remote: UR4-EXP-CHD2

The new cable box is about the size of a cable modem.

I've searched around and I'm looking for a code to program in to make it so when I hit the power button it will turn off or on the cable box, tv and receiver.

Any resources you can point me in the right direction?

As far as I know, you have to program one of the A, B, C buttons.
