I like them.
I bought an Toshiba HD-XA2 from them a few days ago. The experience was top notch. A few things that really made the experience stand out.
1. 2 minutes (literally) after the product was ordered, I had a tracking number via email. Naturally, the product didn't ship yet, but they did the paperwork right away. I've had retailers that don't send out the tracking number until several days AFTER the product has shipped. 2. Some folks on avsforum had complained that they didn't double box the HD-XA2s that had been sent out. I asked in the comment field for the product to be double boxed. Guess what? It arrived double boxed. 3. They promise same day shipping. I ordered the product at 4pm EST and they shipped it the same day. They also offer a 30 day return policy with NO restocking fee on many products (not all so see the fine print). They also seem to have good consumer ratings. They also had one of the lowest prices on the device with free shipping. |

I bought my Slinbox from them several months ago and had a wonderful experience as well. Not only was their price the lowest I could find online, they sent me an email with order confirmation, shipping details and expected arrival time in a matter of mere minutes. The topper was that I got it in less time than they quoted so I was happy with that. YMMV but they were fine by me.

I bought an 880 from them almost a year ago and had a great experience. I was even more satisfied when I had to call on Logitech support for an RMA due to a defective play button. Logitech made a point to note the place of purchase. I hate to think what kind of experience I could have had with a grey market sale.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I ended up placing an online order for the tsu-7500 and the rf-6500 base. After noticing that the order hadn't shipped later that same day, I called and found out that the remote wasn't in stock. The sales associate apologized for the mistake and happily removed it from my order. The rf base unit shipped later that day. Overall they had good customer service and were very pleasant with me over the phone. I will try them again.
