Harmony "Favorite Channels" doesn't allow digital channels?
The new "Favorite Channels" feature of the Harmony software has a definite bug.
Using the 659....can't update either with the standalone app or the Web site...getting this error... "ASSERTION failed::Application-defined or object-defined error(1)Context: HarmonyRemote=Harmony659, ConfiguratorName=TiVo" This happens when I try to enter digital channels under "Favorite Channels", the new feature of the updated software. I used both a dash, e.g., 4-2, and a period, e.g., 4.2, and neither worked. The only way it would allow me to update the remote is to enter just numerals. I have e-mailed customer support to see if there is a remedy for this. Really sucks if you can't have digital channels as favorites.

You should call Harmony Support and have the Tier 1 tech immediately transfer you to Tier 2. I had a problem with my 768 when they added this in because of a customizaton that conflicted with it. The Tier 2 crew is much more adept dealing with the problems of the older remotes. They will, at least, be able to get to the developers to fix the problem.
