Can I turn off VSM on Toshiba 27AF46C using service menu?

Does anybody know how to get into the service menu and once inside, turn off the Velocity Scan Modulation for a Toshiba 27AF46C?

thanks,

I found my way into te service menu but there doesn't seem to be anything that can be adjusted to turn off VCM ... plus for whatever reason this TV has a bit of a weird geometry problem so I may just return it anyhow and grab a JVC 27".

EDIT - Well, I boxed up the Toshiba 27AF46C and it is going back. Everybody in the family could see the squiggly soft look to the picture. Picked up a simple 27" JVC AV-27503. It may not be a flat screen, but at least it looks nice and sharp. The remote control sucks though. Must find a better unit.
