UPS for my home theater

Ok, so I am getting my first plasma TV delivered tomorrow (after almost 2 weeks of BS). I have always run a UPS on my computer as well as my home theater and the one I have on my Home theater is almost dead. I will have the Pioneer HD 5070 plasma tv, xbox 360, my Satellite receiver and a DVD player hooked up to it. So, I start looking into getting a new one and after some research, settled on the Tripp Lite SU 750xl.

The thing I am most interested in is...
"True on-line, double-conversion UPS provides constant, pure sine wave AC output"

What I received in shipment today was the APC Smart-UPS XL 1000VA USB & Serial 120V (model SUA1000XL)

My question, is the APC worth keeping? It lists for $200 more than the Tripp Lite, but I cannot see if it boasts the same 'pure sine wave AC output".

Any help is appreciated as always!

The APC is not an online UPS, but it does output a sinewave.
