Universal MegaChanger?

Since they won't let us rip SACD or DVD-Audio to a PC, are there any universal MegaChangers out there? That is, 100 discs or more with HDMI output for both formats like the Oppo single-disc player? I see the Sony 400-disc unit but it obviously doesn't do DVD-Audio and appears to only have analog output for SACD. I really don't like to handle physical discs anymore than I have to and by not offering any convenient MegaChangers or PC ripping it really seems like they want these formats to die...

None that I know of. Kenwood made a DVD Changer that did DVD-Audio, and as you mentioned, Sony has the DVD Changer that does SACD, in both standard and ES models.
