SVGA, S-video, or Component?

Going from an xbox to a projector that can take SVGA, s-video, or component in. Which would be the "best?"

projectorcentral.com > Mitsubishi-SL1U.htm

*EDIT* Bah, I always say composite instead of component. The one with 3 video signals, y/r/b.
