This is the latest film version's soundtrack same as the single CD edition.
If you liked this version then it's a must have for you.
Great sound and mix. Got it from BB for $14.99 . It's a hybrid with 2 and MC mixes

That is most definitely on my 'to buy' list. I saw Phantom twice when it toured Australia in the 90's and bought the double CD. I had the opportunity to go backstage and see all the rigging while the show was here too and that was just amazing! I have the movie on DVD which I think is every bit as good as the stage play and answers a few questions. Needless to say, I am a big Phantom fan so this SACD is a must for me!
