How can i playback this wav on my pc

this wav maybe Dolby LOGICAL encode

Can you tell us what it's from ? What it has to do with Surround Music?

It looks totally normal from the image. 44.1k, 16 bit, 2-channel. Normal CD quality audio... maybe import it into Cool Edit (I think you can get a demo online)? I have the program and it gobbles up everything.

that's a cd wav file, ac3 by the looks of it. I have a lot of dts cd wav music. You can burn it to cd to play in a dvd player. There's various software that will play it on your pc. vlc player I think plays it. Powerdvd plays it, but I think only after burned to a cd or converted into an cd iso image or bin/cue and mounted via daemon tools. There's other options too.

I couldn't see that very clear. As suggested get vlc media player, I think
it does AC3, it for sure plays DTS (wav). (44.1khz).
