xbr960n question

I'm sure some of you remember me, I had ample problems with my xbr960n.

I did get sony to get some people out here to fix it. They replaced the tube. However I got it back, and it still and it still had the same problem, a discoloration in the upper left of the tv. They said to get sony to get my money back, I called sony, they convinced the company to come out here and fix it again. This time i get it back, and i ask what was wrong with it, and they said.. oh sony just told us to adjust the pincussion and it fixed it.

No, its still there, and not only is it still there, the picture is moved to the left and up, cutting off some picture. From what i understand about pincussion, it sounds like they were trying to hide the prioblem, Im not sure how to go about handling this. The TV people are coming here on wednesday again. Sony refuses to give any money back, and the warranty is going to be coming to a close soon.

edit: also to add, after what they did with pincushion, it bows in.

Any idea what I should do?

by that i mean, if they did in fact try to hide it instead of fixing it, i think i have a bigger problem on my hands.
