Annoying scanline on Philips 30" ( 30pw9110d )

I have an annoying horizontal scanline issue with my 30" Philips ( 30pw9110d ).

(I'm new to HDTVs, so my lingo may be off.)

The horizontal scanline crawls up my screen, and distorts everything in it's path (kind of like a water effect, or a waving flag) -- it's not severe, but it's very noticeable.

Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks.

This happened on my Sony hdtv, and I found the problem to be the cheap component cable that came with my hd cable box. I would suggest you try changing your cable before doing anything to your tv. -CK

I actually see the scanline no matter what input (360, cable, blank screen).

Do I just have to deal with it?

Thanks.
