Whats behind your plasma?

What do you guys have behind your plasmas for HDMI hook up? Im down to two choices, a dual HDMI wall plate or just try to fit a pass-through wall plate behind the unit. Im using a low profile wall bracket so there is not alot of room. The pass through eliminates two short cables running from the wall to the display, but its around 1" thick at the thickest point. (it looks like a hood scoop on a drag car)

Ok,
Im using just a standard remodeler box with no face plate, its behind the plasma, no one will ever see it and its one less connection if I go straight to the display. I have the two HDMI plate cover but why use it if cant see it?
Done deal
