Looking for an HDTV in the 26" to 37" range

I'm looking for an LCD HDTV, probably 32", and I need to keep the money as low as I can. I've looked at several Sharps, Sonys, and Toshibas and most of them look pretty good to me (all were 720p resolution). I understand that correct rendering of color is more important than resolution, and I was wondering if anyone knew which brands are known for being the best on that.
