Wpxi Dd5.1

The Locals I get are WTAE, KDKA and WPXI thtough Dish Network in HD.
The Audio from WPXI DD 5.1 is displaced.
I have what would be in the center is coming from the FL & FR.
What would come from the RL & RR are coming from the Center.

This happens while the show is on but changes during commercials

Does anyone have this same problem.
