what i need in franklin , GA

hi, i'm new to all this hd ota stuff......i don't have cable or sat;just an older tv thats not digital ready or hd......but i would like an hd antenna and reciever thats cheap[not expensive] i think i'm between 30 and 70 miles from the stations.......can someone tell me which to buy....thanks.
