NBC viewers in eastern PA

Has anyone else noticed that there hd-nbc channel is having issues the past few days?
Started late last week when Conan was broadcast in SD.
Last night there was a message fixed on the 'dead' channel saying we know we have a problem and there is no need to call.
Today the six o'clock news in in SD.

I called my provider and was told that the on screen message was not from them but from the local station, to which they 'have no phone number' to.

Anyone else having thses issues? Please take a look tonight and respond back if you have time...thanks.
