I`m looking at the best option for us up in canada. Not much for OTA HD up here so I need something can record from my Bell ExpressVu HD box...ANy suggestions?

I know Gefen has released an HD PVR that records from component ins; you can take a look at the relevant thread here. Unfortunately that's probably your only option, if OTA is out and you're using cable (since Canadian cablecos aren't subject to CableCARD, so TiVo is right out). There's also an HD capture card out if you're interested in the HTPC route, I believe it's made by Hauppauge; however, I imagine that'd be a more expensive route.

For SD there are HDD/DVD recorders from Pioneer, Panasonic and the like available at places like Future Shop.
