Hi Everyone,
I have Time Warner cable service in Manhattan-ny, and I would like to add extra hard drive to increase the recording space to the SA8300hd that TWC supplied me.
I called customer service and they said that they do not allow me to add extra HDD because that's the way they want to do it, even that I am already spending lots of money on the service. I think it's absurd in 2008 with all the technology available, and it is not right to deprive us from what's already out there.
Unfortunately, I am tide up to them because the building has give exclusivity to TWC (which I am starting to fight for).
Until I get rid of them, can anyone tell me whether there is a work around this?
No, I can't switch to satallite because I live in an apartment.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
Thank you
