I have two of these babies which I have had 7 or 8 years and quite happy with it. I bought one as a backup, cheaper than a service contract at the time and it had lifetime program listing and the best a service contract would get me is another unit that probably didn't have programming included..

I recently had to resort to the backup unit and I can't connect to Replay for the initial setup says " Unable to authorize connection". I called Replay and they don't deal with this model except in a very limited way and it is their service I have the problem with, what a way to run a company. They told me to call Panasonic and after an hour and a half on hold the day before I finally gave up and really want to avoid having to call Panasonic.

Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
