When playing back recordings I loose short moments of audio (sometimes real bad other times not so bad). And at times green screen and freezing. Second box. On occastion I will have same problem live but not very bad live. Sick of Dish help. Any input will help so I can tell Dish support how to fix this. Same old tech advice is to unplug box, check software version.

I have a dish box, and would blame loss of signal as most likely root cause...You can't record what isn't coming down.......a solar flare could wreck it ya know....

I have the issue on every recording....momentary sound gaps......with a 612...less then
.5 sec usually.

Usually a couple in every movie....

Brand new DISH1000 install all new cable here....
I didn't expect them to be perfect...having done analog and digital recording in the past...

I am no longer able to watch a movie. I am monitoring a video display with regards to chroma, brightness, contrast and correct pulldown.
