I am outputting the captured stuff into .m2ts. Recent Sony Vegas Pro 8.0c update allows .m2ts, but when import it still doesn't recognize it. Help?

Also I need to know rendering settings and another good program I can use that I can render the video for perfect quality on youtube HD. Many people say .mp4 but I have tried that and it is bad, the video colors turn bland and aren't nearly as deep and its somewhat pixelated.

Are they any converters out there (and settings explained too) that I can use to get stuff into Vegas then render it and upload it to youtube WITHOUT losing any quality?

you may want to try Ulead Video Studio. (UVS). Their latest version is avail as a FREE Trial...and has been known to support the HD PVR files.
