Have FTA receiver with pvr function supported, that says record/play with a external HDD,my question is there any special HDD that i should get to work with this type of fta receiver?thanks in advance.

Erm, what country specifically are you in? What unit are you dealing with? I'm not aware of such a unit for the USA, so I'm guessing you're probably elsewhere.

It seems to be the "Nfusion Nuvenio"; searching doesn't seem to indicate any special drive requirements, but it does sound like it uses a FAT32 file system, so you may (not sure) need to format it as FAT32 before plugging it into the unit. Check the documentation.
