It's probably been answered before, but my searches haven't yielded a definitive answer.

Is there any way to use a TiVo recorder with Dish HD? Just wondering because of the whole lawsuit thing. Don't want to be without my DVRs.

I know that it's going to be a while before it's all settled, but I want to have contingency plans, just in case.

You can still use a Series2 TiVo to record in SD off of Dish Network. Unfortunately the Series3, TiVo HD and TiVo Premiere DVRs *will not* work with Dish Network. They can only be used with OTA and/or cable programming.
