While I love my Tivo and would like to add a second, I just cannot pay another monthly fee and am wondering IF IF IF it is possible to connect one active Tivo on which the monthly fee is paid to an inactive Tivo on which no recordings would be made and be able to watch recordings on the inactive Tivo from the active Tivo -- assuming both are hardwired through the home network (no WiFi).

This may seem like a strange question, but I only need to record on one Tivo but would like to watch its programming in two different rooms.

Thanks,

MikeSp

Pioneer Elite Kuro, McIntosh amplifiers -- MC501 monos (3) and MC352's (2), McIntosh MX150 pre-pro; Oppo 83SE; speakers -- Aerial Acoustics Model 9's for mains and CC5 for center, Def Tech BPVX/P's and BPVX's for surrounds and JL F113's (2) for subs; Roku 3; PS3; Wiii; Tivos; and Monster HTPS...

Unfortunately no because after the seven day grace period when the TiVo is first turned on, that ability is disabled, along with pretty much everything else except manual "vcr" like recording.

Opinions expressed are my own and do not necessarily represent those of my employer or its associated companies.
