Currently I have a 1TB external HD hooked up to the one and only USB port on my Dish receiver. I want to get the sling adapter to view my DVR content on the go. Problem is The sling adapter hooks up via USB and if I unplug my external drive then I won't have access to the vast majority of my recorded content. Is there a USB 2.0 splitter I could use so that I could have both the EHD and the Sling Adapter running at the same time? Thanks

You might try posting that question over on the dbstalk forum. They have a section dedicated to that receiver.
