How many TVs can I run off a dual cone satellite dish?

I have a 9242 PVR which runs 2 tvs. But someone had mentioned to me in passing that you could run more cable lines from the dish to other tvs. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is possible? I have the max of receivers you are allowing on your account with Bell ( 6 ) and they will NOT allow me to have another ( silly I know ). However, my other child would LOVE to have sat tv in his room, instead of watching DVDs. All my other kids have access to sat in their rooms. Can anyone offer some advice? Bell is not the greatest with customer service. I would even switch providers....however....we have so much money invested with Bell equipment.
Thanks so much for anyone that can help! Very much appreciated!
