I just got my 6208 installed by Comcast this past weekend. Yesterday it seems to have stipped functioning. TV is working so it is still passing through a signal but nothing else - guide, menus etc. I called Comcast and they said they would send a reset signal. That did not work. I tried unplugging and let the unit sit for a minute and that also did not work. Now Comcast is saying it will be at least 48 hours till anyone can assist me.
Has anyone experienced this before? Did my dvr die? Any ideas?:mad:
