Everyone please remember that when you call 1-800-com-cast you will be connected to the first available Comcast customers service rep. ( These are people who get paid under 10 bucks an hour to basically answer the phone.

If you select the Cable / Internet support menu you are still directed to a CSR, not a tech support person. Most of the CSR's I have spoke too have very little to no training on the products there selling, let alone if you have a tech question.

Always ask for someone from the support staff or the Tech staff, when calling with a problem. Otherwise you are inviting trouble.....
