I just got the Mot6412 last Thursday. I am getting the menu freezing, picture pixelating, picture freezes then jumps ahead, etc., that I have seen reported on the Comcast forum and dslreports. I'll be calling Comcast to get the box replaced. And I'll do that as many times as it takes. If it's a firmware problem, then the continual service calls will give Comcast incentive to get the problem fixed.
