Just picked one up here in Japan:
400 GB HDD = 36 hours of HD recording or 355 hours in LP mode
Digital & Analog tuners (simultaneous recording)
HDMI Port
DVD-R +R RW RAM
Lan connection (for PC Control)
Voice guided setup
And much more. The only problem is that the remote sucks. Panasonic has put all the features they think users won't use, and stuck them behind a flip-up panel. One of those features is switching between the 3 Composite/S video sources that are coming in to the DVR. You can actually change sources for a TV from the front of the remote, but not for the PVR itself. Very strange decision...
