I just called to cancel the service on Series2 SD PVR because I just recently got an HD-Tivo and don't have a need for the extra Tivo (especially with it being SD and all) and it took about 10 minutes of continually telling the guy "no, just want to cancel it" because he kept trying to keep me from cancelling; put it on another TV, save shows/football games for others, more space, give me 3 more months free to use for football, and on and on. He's lucky he gave up when he did cause I was real close to getting loud and a real PITA, like he was doing.

I could understand if I didn't have any Tivo service at all after cancelling, but I'm still using an HD-Tivo. If I weren't intending to cancel, I wouldn't have called in the first place.

If I want to be hounded to buy/keep something, I'll answer the multitude of telemarketer calls I get most weekdays!

HD-DVD + Blu-ray = An all-inclusive HD home movie viewing experience.
