HI-

I was wondering if it was possible to network my dct6412 with my dct2500. Does anyone have a guide to doing the whole home media solution? Also is it possible to do it wirelessly, using maybe usb wireless adapters!

i would post the link but i cant because i havent made 5 posts.

thanks!

This is done via the RF cable (the one that connects so you can watch TV) so technically, the 6208 or 6412 acts as a server and through the RF cable (as long as it is connected on the same cable tv line) will do it automatically. I am not sure if your cable company has to enable it. Make sure it is a 2500, i have another 2244 and it doesnt work... i am gonna see if i can upgrade. But make sure your Cable provider supports it (call or email them)
Interesting find, and thanks alot!
