I'm currently using my second DVR in three months from Comcast because both kept on locking up. Before I return my second DVR and get another replacement, I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone has any tips to fix it. The picture always stays on but there is no response to the remote control or front panel buttons. I have to keep on unplugging and replugging to get it working again, only to have it lock again after a couple hours. It's the exact same problem for both of the DVR's I've had.
Any suggestions other than getting another replacement?
