Had the 6412 for a few months, but gradually, more and more channels started displaying the "One moment please" dialog box. A reboot usually fixed it for a while, but last week, all channels were like that, no matter how many times I restarted. I swapped it out for a 3412, and now the same problem. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with a rep, but no help whatsoever. No cabling changes have been made by us, the signal seems pretty good, etc.

The iGuide comes up fine, I can check listings. When I try to go to OnDemand, I get a screen that says "Unable to process request. Please call customer service".

Any ideas on things I can check myself to find the problem? Comcast doesn't have any appointments that fit my schedule until July 29th. :mad:
