Repeater outages, signal loss

Been having issues for the last week with repeater signals not working in Philly area (NJ side of river). Opened three tickets with SXM and they tell me it's both my radios. I find that really hard to believe that both my radios fail to pick up a terrestrial signal at the same time for over a week. Anyone else in this area seeing this problem??

update:
so the sportster I have in the truck has a signal meter. At most I see 30% signal on ter and only when I'm close to Philly (Camden waterfront). Looks like it is a repeater signal issue (maybe they lost a leg on the antenna) so at least I'm not crazy. Guess I'll be dropping my subscription since they won't acknowledge or fix this issue.

Satellite sgnal drop out

I've been having this same problem in Oregon for the last 2-3 weeks. No terrestrial signal available but the satellite signal is dropping out routinely. Sometimes I get sporadic reception and then it'll just drop out for up to 2-3 hours. Most prevalent at night which leads me to believe this is a transmission related issue.

I'm a commercial driver over a wide area and have had trouble free reception for about 12 years prior to this recent issue. I always drive the same routes within my region so it's not a terrain issue.

Anybody else experiencing the same issues?
