I just got a Delphi XM Radio unit installed in my car, and it's great, but I hate having to press the "power on" button everytime I turn on my car. By habit, I leave the car radio on, so when I first turn on the car, I get a blast of static (since the station is set for 87Mhz for the XM modulator) until I can press the on button to the Delphi unit.

Has anyone figured out a way to have the XM unit power up automatically?

Thanks --

This item is supposed to accomplish this task:

http://shop.store.yahoo.com/xmfanstore/auonadforsk.html

I have not used it, so you may want to check out www.xmfan.com to see if anyone has a post related to it.

Thanks, that is just what I was looking for. I'll look around and see if anyone know how this works and how well it works.
