Hi guys. One of my EH55s had a hard drive failure. [It was the one that MICKINCT worked on not too long ago, and I'd blame him, but I strongly suspect that he isn't clairvoyant enought to have predicted a hard drive failure.]

This is a little outside my knowledge base, so could anyone recommed a replacement HDD. Physically replacing it isn't the problem, I'm comfortable with that, but knowing what make and model is what I'm not sure of. There are rotational speed, and heat issues. Someone here knows the answer, so please, just tell me what to purchase.

Of course, it has to be near the bottom of the equipment stack, so getting to it won't be too easy with all them wires 'n stuff. Since it was a 2005 or 2006 manufacture, an exact replacement is not available anymore no doubt, but a suitable one must be out there.

Thanks lots,
Luke

Evil is charming and beautiful. It makes you doubt yourself. It asks for one small compromise after another until it whittles you down, and it functions best when no one believes in it.-JOA
