I am not getting any video out. I can get sound. These is an RCA connection (Y/W/R). I have tried different cables that I no work and the result is the same. It worked fine on my big screen JVC. I don't believe it matters what TV its being plugged into. I need to at least get to the setup menu. I just purchased a couple of cameras for home surv and would like to use them with this DVR.

Thanks
Vince

If you had it connected to a HDTV, you might have Video > Progressive Scan (PS) On. If so, that cuts off output from YWR and S-Video outputs. Turn PS off.
