Friends: I had high hopes - but what frustration!
I followed the instructions for dubbing my VHS cassette to the DV-R disc (appropiate for this recorder) from the manual.
finalized it on instructions from a chat room.
I followed all instructions successfully 4 times, on 2 different days. Now EACH TIME I INSERT A NEW CLEAN DISC TO DUB THIS VHS CASSETTE, I GET "READING", THEN, ERROR MESSAGE C310 or C104. Same stack of virgin discs. Can't find a list of numbered error messages, -what the hell is going on?
"ON dubbing process - originally minidisc recorded by Sony minidisc cam corder. the Toshiba recorder couldn't read it. A PC did and burned it to DVD - but:THE PC BURNED DVD WONT PLAY ANYWHERE ELSE, PARTICULARLY WONT PLAY ON THE TOSHIBA DVD PLAYER.
Any advice? Linda k
