So i recently bought the LG 47LW5700 3D TV and hacked it to enable some features (AC3, Local Dim) of the LW5600 series.

I plan to use the TV for some gaming (PS3,Wii,Xbox) but mostly will be used for video. My primary source for HD Content will be Boxee Box. I was just thinking of going to best buy buying a receiver and some good speakers and subwoofer as a DIY project. But not sure where to start, and if i need a 3D ready one?

So any help would be grateful

Current setup with an old DVD HT is:
Boxee 3D TV DVD HT

The above setup worked very well and the HT was used for cable tv, DVD and Boxee. The problem I ran into was when i tried to play a 3D movie I got no audio so i have to change it around to the below setup so the Boxee would pass the audio to the HT directly and not pass through the TV and thus loosing HT on cable.

Boxee 3D TV
Boxee DVD HT

Requirement i have for Receiver (at least what i think i need)
a Full codec for all HD audio - DTS-HD, Dobly HD etc
b 5.1 or 7.1
c 4 HDMI inputs
d wireless speaker support for rear speakers (or if there is an adapter that will do this)
e Don't want to use optical for audio when there is the far superior HDMI
f MOST IMPORTANT - Receiver must work with LG Simple Link or if i can get everything to use the HT including cable TV (few family members find switching from TV speakers to HT speakers hard so i think everything uses HT is the better idea). What i really like about HDMI CEC (simple Link) is 1 remote to control them all.

1) Do i need a 3D ready HT if i want to watch 3D content?
2) Any particular brand i should get?
3) With my requirements above will the LG 3D HT suffice?
4) Any comment or suggestions?
