Just had my 2nd experience with Onkyo CS and I am never buying anything from them again (this time the rep's arguing with me that there's no S6300, then finds that it's "HT-S6300" and gives me attitude about it).

Anyways, I'm trying to ceiling mount all my speakers and have trouble finding the correct sized screw for it. No luck at Fastenal; the guy there tried all sorts and thinks it's a 1/4"-18 but they dont carry that... Onkyo rep says that gold screw hole is only for speaker stands (wtf?), won't give me a size for it and insists that the only way is to wall mount it using the keyhole slots... and if that's the case I'm dumping this set.

Help much appreciated, super frustrated after that phone "conversation".
