Looking for some expert opinions on this one.
As title states, I'm considering these systems for whats likely going to be a mini-htpc setup. It will be doing double duty for hdtv/bluray as well as computing/gaming.. I'm considering the refurb route and can get either system for about equal cost.
I know the 591ba is an older model, but it seems the receiver has more features than the newer, available 1513ba.. Obviously one is 5.1 and the other is 7.1. But in terms of quality and as a base to build around, which would you recommend?

I own the Denon 591 receiver and its quite good. It is better than the 1513ba which has no Audyssey calibration nor analog to HDMI video conversion.

The Onkyo HT-S5500 uses a lesser version of Audyssey which does not eq the subwoofer.
