Not enough info to go on.

Room / Ceiling Colors?
Throw Distance?
Dedicated Theater?

MM - Would you mind explaining the rationale for that choice? I just bought the same projector, and i'm edumacating myself reading all these threads to figure out what to do for a screen.

(Not to steal this thread, but in case it matters - My situation is a dedicated room ~12x13, minimal ambient light (perhaps some recessed lights over the seating area for when eating), no windows, ~10' throw distance, ~7' wide screen.)

1. Not too dark
2. Significantly improves perceived contrast levels.
3. Retains a adequate level of Gain without the addition of increased levels of reflective elements.
4. Ready to combat ambient light without crushing Colors or "graying out" Whites.

"edumacating" eh? My kinda guy. You must have Grandkids.
