Looking for a way to make a screen that will work well with light during the day, and dark at night with movies. I am trying to avoid paying mega bucks for a black diamond screen. Im looking to use a high luman proj.(considering the Epson 5010 if I can find how bad the lag is, or equivalent.) Also will be a fairly short throw for use with the WII if that matters.

Few "As Is" materials can be considered, but there are plenty of Simple and Advanced Paint Options that can be applied to very reasonably priced Substrates. All together, total cost of even a 122" diagonal Screen using the most advanced "Ambient Light Oriented" Paints and a Electric HLVP Sprayer is still under $225.00.

Which of course equates to being considerably "less" than 1/10th the price of a SI-BD Screen.

That's how we Roll on this Forum.

....er, spray. Oops.

"They said it couldn't be done. Well, we sure showed 'em otherwise!"
